My work with clients revolves around cutting-edge tools and protocols to create powerful healing breakthroughs with hormonal imbalance, emotional overeating, weight issues, depression, anxiety, fatigue, digestion issues, and more

In our sessions, we’ll

  • Identify the root causes of your imbalance and create a systematic plan incorporating whole foods and medicinal herbs and supplements that is right for your unique body.

  • Facilitate the transformation of psychological factors that are keeping you stuck, creating patterns of self sabotage and body abandonment.

  • Bring in the philosophies, centering practices, and subtle energetic healing techniques of yoga to facilitate a deep reconnection with your body’s wisdom.

The skills I use are a combination of practical coaching techniques, results-oriented nutrition protocols, and simple but powerful embodiment practices for a deeply holistic, positive and compassionate approach to challenges with body, food and health.

By eliminating all the “shoulds and shouldn’ts”, I focus on what’s right for your body, psyche, and soul. As we work together in this way, eating and health issues become a place of exploration. Instead of seeing such challenges as the enemy, they become opportunities for personal transformation and growth.

We delve into the psychophysiology of how thoughts, feelings and beliefs impact our body, health and relationship with food. And we explore how spirituality, relationships, sexuality, purpose and creativity deeply impact and influence our emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing.
